Fabulous Mauviel copper mixing bowl. The item was purchased in an antique shop in Ducey, near Le Mont Saint-Michel, whilst filming my vlog for a video on Sean's Antique Universe. Made in France and stamped by the maker, Mauviel, who are renowned for their quality copper items. For many years, master chefs across the globe have used copper cooking implements thanks to its conductivity properties and the metal-protein chelation.
